Dear One, you are well on your path to becoming a New Human. Your physical, emotional, mental and etheric bodies are being upgraded to the next level. As this is taking place, many things that used to work are now on their way out. Any resistance to the changes of the way you eat, sleep, function, communicate, interact, connect and express yourself is hindering the process. Be flexible and fluid with everything that is changing, as it all serves you.
Currently, you are receiving another intense energy pulse from the Galactic Core – The Great Central Sun, as part of the Grand Shift of Earth. This might cause some of you to feel tired, dizzy, agitated and so forth… It is imperative to rest whenever you can to allow for the cells of your body to integrate the new energies and light codes. Most importantly: Connect with Source. The more you are turning to Source, the more strength you will receive to move through these changes with ease.
Imagine a golden column of Light going through you, connecting you below with the great crystal in the centre of the Earth and above you with the Great Central Sun – Source. Rest in this feeling for a few moments and feel the stabilizing energies. Do this as often as you need to. Soon, there will be a time for more integration of the energies, until the next energy pulse is going to happen, to assist you even further on your profound journey.
